The National Real Estate Association (NREA) is set to hold its Mid-Year General Membership Assembly on July 29, 2025, from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) Conference Center in Legaspi Village. The event will also feature a mass oath-taking of newly-accredited real estate salespersons, offering a vital platform for professional growth and networking within the industry.

NREA board chairwoman Imelda Magtoto announced a distinguished lineup of invited guests, including Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), Department of Finance Secretary Ralph Recto, Commissioner Romeo Lumagui Jr. of the Bureau of Internal Revenue, and Pag-IBIG Fund senior vice president Fermin Sta Teresa.

“This assembly is a vital platform for our members and friends to stay abreast of the dynamic real estate landscape,” stated Magtoto. “Attendees will gain direct access to policymakers and industry leaders, offering unique perspectives on the current economic trends and their impact on real estate.”

A key highlight will be the induction of new real estate salespersons, followed by an essential update from Chairperson Ofelia Binag of the Professional Regulatory Board for Real Estate Service (PRBRES) on the latest policies and procedures governing real estate service.

NREA president, lawyer Amador Tolentino Jr., will also unveil the NREA e-Library, a new digital resource designed to provide convenient access to industry-related materials, research, and publications. “In light of changing worldwide economic trends and disruptions, this mid-year event, coupled with the launch of our e-Library, comes at a timely moment to equip our members with the knowledge they need to thrive,” explained Atty. Tolentino.

The event is supported by various organizations, including the National Home Mortgage Finance Corp.; Pag-IBIG Fund, Primehomes Real Estate Development Inc.; Phinma Property Holdings Corp.; Hausland Development Corp.; Fiesta Communities; Duraville Realty & Development Corp.; PHirst Park Homes Inc.; Davies Paint Philippines Inc.; SM Development Corp.; OFW Partylist; Philippine Guarantee Corporation; A.
