NREA Congratulates Its Honorary Members and the New Senate Leadership

The National Real Estate Association (NREA), Inc. proudly extends its warmest congratulations to its esteemed Honorary Members and the newly designated leaders of the Senate of the Philippines as they assume key positions in the 20th Congress.

Leading the Senate is our distinguished Honorary Member, Senator Sherwin "Win" Gatchalian, who has been elected as the new Senate President. His appointment reflects the confidence of his colleagues in his leadership, integrity, and vision for the nation. As Senate President, he carries the responsibility of guiding the legislative agenda and strengthening the institution's role in advancing the welfare of the Filipino people.

NREA likewise congratulates Honorary Member Senator JV Ejercito on his appointment as Chairman of the Senate Committee on Finance. Entrusted with one of the most significant committees in the Senate, Senator Ejercito will play a crucial role in shaping the national budget and ensuring that government resources are allocated effectively to support economic growth, infrastructure development, housing, social services, and national progress.

We also proudly congratulate Honorary Member Senator Lito Lapid on his designation as Chairman of the Senate Committee on Games and Amusements. His leadership will contribute to the continued development, regulation, and responsible management of industries under the committee's jurisdiction, promoting opportunities while safeguarding public interest.

NREA also recognizes and congratulates all newly appointed Senate Committee Chairpersons who have been entrusted with the responsibility of leading their respective committees. Their appointments signify the beginning of a new chapter of legislative leadership, collaboration, and public service aimed at addressing the pressing needs of the nation and advancing meaningful reforms for the benefit of every Filipino.
